 WHAT IS JEEVAN PRAMAAN

Jeevan pramaan is a term authorized by the Indian government for the process of ensuring the aliveness of a pensioner after his/her retirement through lending a finger impression of his/hers via the biometric device. It's the digital form of his signature by himself ensuring his presence in this world for obtaining his pensions every month further.

Jeevan Pramaan is for both central and state government retired employees who are getting their governmental pension.

 AT THE VERGE OF RETIREMENT

The government employees at the last month of their retirement have to submit all their details like adhaar number, email id, adhaar paired phone number to their respective government bodies as their organization seeks so that their respective organization could enable their pension for the proceeding months since the end of their retirement month. For this, the respective organization generates a PPO (Pension Payment Order) number for the concerned employee.

To proceed Jeevan pramaan process from home the pensioner must have generated a pramaan ID by submiting their first-year life certificate either from CSS centers or Government Offices for their initial year of life certificate submission. The first-year life certificate cant be submitted from home.

Install the Mantra RD service app via play store. Once installed and connected with the device your mobile will display the options Internet available, management server reachable, and device connected. For connecting the device first enable OTG and allow USB permission on mobile.

Visit jeevan pramaan website and download jeevan pramaan 3.6 android app. 

SIGNATURE SUBMISSION

1. Connect the biometric device to your mobile once the RD service device is detected open the jeevan pramaan app, the app gets initialized then the main page for life certificate submission opens up.
2. Here enter the pensioners adhaar number, mobile number, and email address given for adhaar. Then submit and enter the OTP sent to the pensioner's mobile number. Then enter the pensioner's name as in adhaar and agree the authentication and scan your finger via biometric device you will be logged in once again repeat the pensioner's adhaar number, mobile number, and email address given for adhaar. This takes you to the final pensioner authentication page here fill the type of pension and other credentials and scan the pensioner's finger.
3. The finger you scan should be the fingerprint you gave for your adhaar.
